The QC team did three times quality checks during the production period and before delivery to the customer.

Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka, the delivery time is 1-2 days. Outside Dhaka, delivery time is 2-3 days for courier office collection, and home delivery takes 4-7 days even more depending on courier activities and road traffic. Moreover, if the product is not in stock delivery may delay for 1-2 days.

Return Policy

Inside Dhaka: If you Return the parcel please pay the Delivery charge 70Tk to the delivery boy. If you find any disputes in the saree please let us know within 3 days for the replacement, and we will take the initiative within a very short period.

Outside Dhaka: No refund is acceptable after you receive the product. Only you can change your product with another, in that case, you have to bear all carrying costs. If the product is found damaged and defective we will change the product with the fresh one without any charges.

Wash and care of fabrics:

1. Single wash is preferable for cotton sarees and dry wash is preferable for the half silk, maslize, and jamdani sarees

2. Never wet the product with the detergent for more than 5 minutes

3. Never use hot water for washing, hot water damages the color strength

4. Use shampoo rather use detergent for the first 2-3 times to make the colour permanent

Know about Kota

Kota Doria fabric is a combination of cotton and silk woven in a square check pattern. The silk in it gives shine to the fabric whereas cotton gives strength. The checked pattern is known as ‘Khat’ which is the distinguishing element of kota doria. Due to its special style of weaving the fabric is light, airy, soft, and comfortable. All these characteristics make Kota Doria the first choice to be worn in summer and its gracefulness makes the fabric a part of fashion. It was first designed in Kaithoon, a small town located 15 km away from Kota. Several clusters of Kota Doria can be found in nearby places like, Bundi, Kota & Baran, however, Kaithoon is the main hub of Kota Doria’s production.
