Return Policy:

Inside Dhaka: If you Return the parcel please pay the Delivery charge 70Tk to the delivery boy. If you found any disputes in the saree please let us know within 3 days for the replacement, we will take the initiative within a very short period of time.

Outside Dhaka: No refund accepted after you receive the product. Only you can change your product with another, in that case, you have to bear all carrying costs. If the product is found damaged and defective we will change the product with the fresh one without any charges.

Wash and caring of fabrics:

Single wash preferable for cotton sarees and dry wash preferable for the half silk, maslize, and jamdani saree’s
Never wet the product with the detergent for more than 5 minutes
Never use hot water for washing, hot water damage the color strength
Use shampoo rather than use detergent for the first 2-3 times to make the color permanent

Same day delivery service is only for Inside Dhaka. you must placed an order before 11:00 am, we'll deliver your order within 5:00 Pm - 8:00 PM. But If you Place order after 1:00 pm we may delivery your order next day.

Next Day Delivery Service (Outside Dhaka) Policy:

Delivery Time: 24 Hours – 48 Hours
Delivery Charge: 200 BDT
Order Deadline: 11:00 AM

Ensuring Fast delivery service, we currently providing next day delivery service in outside Dhaka. You must place order before 11:00 AM. We currently providing this service only at Zila Sadar.

If you’re facing any of the following conditions you’re able to free return request.

Products with Major manufacture defects.
Products damaged during delivery. (Only applicable if you claim in front of delivery man)
Receive Wrong product, size or color
Product lost in during delivery

If you found any of them in the product(s) please let us know within 3 days for the replacement, we will take the initiative within a very short period of time.
If you want to return the products due to changing your mind or others reason, please pay the delivery charge to delivery man and return the products without unboxing products.
If you want to exchange after receiving the products due to mind change or others reason and doesn’t match above of the conditions, you have to bear Return charge and re-delivery charge.
