Delivery Policy of Shareez.com.bd

We currently deliver all areas in Bangladesh. We are providing Three types delivery service which is regular delivery service, Same Day Delivery service & Next Day Delivery Service

Inside Dhaka (Regular Delivery):

Delivery Time: 1-3 working days
Delivery Charge: 70 BDT

Outside Dhaka (Regular Delivery):
Delivery Time: 3-5 Working days
Delivery Charge: 130 BDT

Same Day Delivery Service (Inside Dhaka) Policy:

Delivery Time: 8 Hours – 24 Hours
Delivery Charge: 100 BDT
Order Deadline: 11:00 AM

Same day delivery service is only for Inside Dhaka. you must placed an order before 11:00 am, we'll deliver your order within 5:00 Pm - 8:00 PM. But If you Place order after 1:00 pm we may delivery your order next day.

Next Day Delivery Service (Outside Dhaka) Policy:

Delivery Time: 24 Hours – 48 Hours
Delivery Charge: 200 BDT
Order Deadline: 11:00 AM

You must receive your products from your Zila Sadar

Ensuring Fast delivery service, we currently providing next day delivery service in outside Dhaka. You must place order before 11:00 AM. We currently providing this service only at Zila Sadar.

Note: Delivery time will be calculated after confirm your order. If you’re facing any problem with delivery or delivery policy feel free to contact with us.

Return Policy of Shareez.com.bd

We always give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered on our shop that's meets your expectations, but sometimes we can’t for any unexpected reason. We apology if you face any such of accident.

If you’re facing any of the following conditions you’re able to free return request.

1. Products with Major manufacture defects.
2. Products damaged during delivery. (Only applicable if you claim in front of delivery man)
3. Receive Wrong product, size or color
4. Product lost in during delivery

• If you found any of them in the product(s) please let us know within 3 days for the replacement, we will take the initiative within a very short period of time.
• If you want to return the products due to changing your mind or others reason, please pay the delivery charge to delivery man and return the products without unboxing products.
• If you want to exchange after receiving the products due to mind change or others reason and doesn’t match above of the conditions, you have to bear Return charge and re-delivery charge.
