Quality Check:

The QC team did a three times quality check during the production period and before delivery to the customer.

Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka, the delivery time is 1-2 days. Outside Dhaka, delivery time is 2-3 days for courier office collection and home delivery takes 4-7 days even more depends on courier activities and road traffic. Moreover, if the product is not in stock delivery may be delayed for 1-2 days.

Return Policy

Inside Dhaka: If you Return the parcel please pay the Delivery charge 70Tk to the delivery boy. If you found any disputes in the saree please let us know within 3 days for the replacement, we will take the initiative within a very short time period.

Outside Dhaka: No refund accepted after you receive the product. Only you can change your product with another, in that case, you have to bear all carrying costs. If the product is found damaged and defective we will change the product with the fresh one without any charges.

Wash and caring of fabrics:

1. Single wash preferable for cotton sarees and dry wash preferable for the half silk, maslize, and jamdani saree’s

2. Never wet the product with the detergent for more than 5 minutes

3. Never use hot water for washing, hot water damage the color strength

4. Use shampoo rather use detergent for the first 2-3 times to make the color permanent

Delivery Time: 24 Hours – 48 Hours
Delivery Charge: 200 BDT

You must receive your products from your Zila Sadar

Ensuring Fast delivery service, we currently providing next day delivery service in outside Dhaka. You must place order before 11:00 AM. We currently providing this service only at Zila Sadar.

If you’re facing any of the following conditions you’re able to free return request.

Products with Major manufacture defects.
Products damaged during delivery. (Only applicable if you claim in front of delivery man)
